What do I need to tow?
It depends on the trailer: the 6×12 utility tows behind most midsize SUVs with a 2″ ball — no brake controller needed. The 16-ft HD utility (7,000-lb GVWR) and the dump trailer need a brake controller and a half-ton pickup or larger. Tell us your Year / Make / Model and we'll verify it for you.
How does contactless pickup work?
The trailers live in a secured lot in Newport News. On your pickup day you get a time-limited lockbox code and the exact spot by text — hook up any time, day or night, and return it the same way.
What if the trailer is damaged?
You text us photos at pickup and return. You're responsible for damage beyond normal wear; tires and mechanical issues from normal use are on us.
What if I return it late?
There's a 1-hour grace period. After that, late fees apply — we'll spell out the exact rates when we confirm your booking.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, the first day's rate applies.
